1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging.
  • Completeness: All accessories, manuals, cables, and promotional gifts must be included.
  • Security: The Serial Number (SN) or IMEI must match our records. Any item with a tampered or missing serial number will not be accepted.
  • Personal Data: For devices with storage (smartphones, laptops, etc.), please ensure all personal data is wiped and accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) are logged out/unlinked before returning.

3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Software products (if the activation code has been revealed).
  • Consumable items (e.g., thermal paste, screen protectors) once the seal is broken.
  • Items with clear signs of physical damage or liquid ingress caused by the user.
